When you connect third-party ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Pinterest), we store:

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Platform account IDs
  • Campaign performance data and ad spend amounts

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and actions taken within the Service
  • Timestamps of access
  • Referring URL

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Generate AI-powered ad creatives based on your product data

4. AI-Generated Content

CutX uses artificial intelligence to generate ad creatives including videos with AI avatars, static images, and advertising copy. Important disclosures:

  • AI-generated content is created using your product data and AI models — it does not use real people's likenesses without consent
  • AI avatars are synthetic and do not represent real individuals
  • Generated content may be stored on our servers and Cloudflare R2 storage for your continued access
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve our AI models, but we do not use your specific product data or generated content to train models

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Replicate (AI model inference), and connected ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest) — each subject to their own privacy policies
  • Ad Platforms: When you launch campaigns, we transmit ad creatives and targeting data to your connected ad platforms
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • OAuth tokens encrypted at rest

  • Generated content: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Server logs: Retained for 90 days
